I order a tune with him that he got with nizpro. When he went to install it the first time there was an issue with the tune. He sent nizpro an email to which nizpro told him that everything looked ok but to read the ecu again and send it so they could confirm. He didn't do it. After 3 weeks of waiting he install the tune...and one of my motors blew within 30 min of use and the other one suffered to the point that I had to repower with new engines. Today was my 1st time using Tactical. Wow, wow, wow! I see they are all 5 stars and I see why. I had so many things going wrong the addressed and fixed a ton. Diagnosed issues like pros. Kyle and Dustin were sooo money! If you can find an opening you will be a customer for life!
Kyle went above and beyond saving what little vacation time I had left. Great customer service and a genuinely nice team all around. He would be my first call, you won’t be disappointed.
