Using Tactical Lawn Services for almost 2 years, unfortunately they fail to show up when the snow flies, leaving us high and dry. Mike tells us they did not receive a signed contact when email shows that it was sent and received.(Trust me, his bills and payments always found their way) "no room for an existing customer" Is what we are told. Wouldn't a good business owner call a client if they did not get the contract back, especially from a larger account? We did not have a good experience with Tactical Lawn. We had a drainage pipe installed this summer and it was not done well or correctly. We had to ask them to come back and fix it, as well as clean up supplies they left all over our yard. This is on top of waiting for a response for weeks and weeks...the pipe was installed over two months late. Now that we have had a large rainstorm, we notice that the pipe did nothing to help our yard from flooding. Would not recommend and will not go with them again.
