Jim and Elena are a Fantastic duo! They both “bent-over-backwards” to make sure I landed in the right home! AND they’re great people! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

They were prepared and brought us MLS info on what houses in our area were going for and were able to take some awesome aerial photos with their drone. Elena and her partner are amazing. They are honest about finding what will work best for you, and what you should avoid. Even if they would make a bigger commission off of something you think you might want, they will earnestly discuss it with you to make sure you're happy with your long-term investment. I'm glad I went with them, and would recommend anyone else do the same.
