I loved my experience! My toddler cut her own hair and I brought her her not knowing what to do with her hair. When we arrived, they were really friendly, and I loved how they valued all the parents opinions there despite the kids saying they wanted "this or that" to make sure everyone was pleased and everyone before me and my daughter left laughing and happy.
