I have owned several sports cars but this was my 1st Porsche 911 Turbo. The staff at Tactical Fleet made the process very simple and fast. Last week I took the car to the new Porsche of Northlake for a minor recall that just came out and they did a full checkup for me. Oh my God Jackson was amazing in the sale I live in Florida and I was on a desperate search for my first G wagon and I came across a listing from tactile and they were in North Carolina and I thought this is going to be a nightmare from the minute I got on the phone with Jack. BUYER BE WARE READ THIS , I purchased a FERRARI from this company in September 2024 that was shipped up from Texas from one of their other stores. Saw it online and bought it. They gave me a clean car fax. I am now selling the car and have had several people interested in the car but this one particular person interested in the Ferrari sent me an auto check report showing an accident. Absolutely DO NOT shop here. This dealership is known for pulling your credit and then completely ghosting you. Once they run your credit, good luck getting a response. It’s extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. They constantly use the same excuse that “the finance manager isn’t in,” which clearly feels like a scripted delay tactic. Communication is terrible, and accountability is nonexistent. The sales team desperately needs customer service training.
