Customer service is terrible.
Took my truck in because it randomly decided to not start on me. So I thought first thing it was the fuel pump. I talked to tactical diesel and told them what I thought might have been the problem, Took it in there and they diagnosed it and installed the fuel pump in it and they said it was having the same exact problem.. then they installed new spark plugs and spark plug wires without even calling me or asking me if that was okay to do.. after that truck still had the same exact problem it went in there with.
