Incomplete work on two separate contract agreements. Very poor communications, constantly changing plans, pricing, etc. leading to a nightmarish experience with poor outcomes. Contracts look like scribble on the back of a napkin, impossible to read and leads to a general lack of confidence on what will get done. Windows replaced, but one not sealed with caulk. Partial siding replaced using the wrong color - bright white instead of sandstone! They left me a can of spray paint. Yes really! Gutters repaired only to leak the sam... read more

If i could give negative stars I would. Broken commitments, difficult to work with, poor communication, absence of professionalism, and on top of it all poor craftsmanship. THE WORST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.
