The owner came back several times for treatment for bed bugs. November he told me to put all my clothes in a bag and put in my garage to kill bed bugs. I brought my clothes back in my home in April and in June seen bugs again, called him and he did return calls saying he was busy but no response for helping me after I pd 800.00.
A friend gave me Lorenz's name and number when I was having some problems with yellowjackets and also just general spider and centipede issues. Lorenz came and sprayed three times for me last summer and I never saw another centipede for the rest of the year . His prices are very fair and he shows up when he says he will. He sat down and explained to me what he was going to do and told me his plan to keep up on the spraying and keep the bugs out. Two years ago I had pavement ants coming into my house. I tried several times to take care of them on my own, without success. When the ants came back last spring, I decided to call Lorenz. After the first treatment the ants disappeared. He came back at the end of the summer and treated around my house to keep the ants from wintering around my foundation.
