I have only dealt with EVA C. from the Tactic Pest Control whenever she comes to pick up checks for their service. I have witnessed her patience and politeness in representing her team. No wonder their services are also worthwhile and with that we appreciate their utmost service to our buildings! Keep it up, Eva!
Had mice in my house and called for a quotation. They were able to come on the same day which put us at ease. Friendly staff, reasonable price and great service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and neighbours.
What an absolute waste of time and money. I had them come out to my condo unit and the tech literally walked around the unit once and said I’m not sure where they are coming from. So we showed him where we had found droppings. He then said that he was not aloud to move any appliances like the fridge and washer so I did that step for him thinking he’s going g to do something, then he placed a small mouse trap that would feed the mouse some poison killing it and any other mouse that fed on this trap.
