What an absolute waste of time and money. I had them come out to my condo unit and the tech literally walked around the unit once and said I’m not sure where they are coming from. So we showed him where we had found droppings. He then said that he was not aloud to move any appliances like the fridge and washer so I did that step for him thinking he’s going g to do something, then he placed a small mouse trap that would feed the mouse some poison killing it and any other mouse that fed on this trap. I used this company on September 26, 2025, they were able to get a technician (ka Yeung) in the afternoon to go into my attic, he answered my questions and did a walk around to check if any other entry spots, we old highly recommend this company, they were recommended by someone in my complex that used them as well
We had an unexpected wasp issue at home and Tactic Pest control was quick to help us out. They were able to accommodate us right away, even on short notice, which was such a relief. The technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before taking care of the nest. The work was done quickly and safely, and they made sure everything was in good condition before leaving. We really appreciate their fast response and excellent service—definitely recommend them for any pest control needs! Amazing service!
