I needed to lease a warehouse and start moving in within 4 days. I met with Chase and viewed the space Chase had for lease. I explained Chase my situation. He assured me he could have the lease finalized and I would be able to start moving in within my time line. During this time Chase communicated with me throughout the process and made sure the closing happened on time . Chase was super communicative throughout the entire transaction and extremely helpful in overcoming last minute lender hurdles in order to close on time!
