So so to work at. No chance for advancement. Experience counts for nothing. If you have a degree at basket weaving, you're in! The original owner was great, but eventually sold to TransDigm Group, who destroyed it. The best part of working there is being walked out with a severance package. Life just became great....
The Management has no clue. keep family as employees and get rid of the people that know the work.
