We unfortunately had rats get into our garage while we were away for the summer. Several boxes that were stored in there were contaminated along with other things. We called David and he referred us first to a pest control company (Blazin') to get rid of the rats before T.A.C.T. came in to clean everything up. They helped us with an odd scenario and were extremely honest and flexible to work with. Their on site team was very courteous, efficient and thorough. Our sister passed away in her home. When we gained access to the property, we discovered a hoarding situation and no working air conditioner. After vetting several companies, TACT was the only one with end to end support. TACT brought in a six ton portable AC unit to protect their workers and provide a viable work environment.
