WHY DOES TACO TIME “NOT” RECYCLE ANY OF THEIR PAPER PRODUCTS ??
I went to Taco Time in Edmonton at 13208 82 St. NW. Why is there a Halal sticker on the door at this location? This is a Mexican franchise restaurant. We went there about a year ago and could taste curry in the hot sauce and we did not return until a friend advised they changed it back to the original hot sauce. I thought franchise meant the food is constant at all locations?
I have contacted head office 3 times now since an employee in my town swore at me for knocking on the window to get her attention for screwing up my order and giving me extra food. Then proceeded to come out to my car and try to GET INTO IT to take my phone to delete the video I took of her while she was telling us off about knocking on the window. My four year old was in the car as well while she pulled this. Answer your customers or business is going to be ran into the ground.
Terrible customer service at the head office. Had an appalling issue with the restaurant Serving food that was mislabeled and eaten by someone who can’t eat beef. complained to the head office. First off no response in a week. Then the offer is $10 gift card. Person named Ewa says nothing else can be done. Absolutely terrible service at the restaurant and head office. Steve Nickerson and other executives should take notice. Without changes in customer service at the restaurants and the head office there is no Hope here.
