Why do people think they can serve food, regardless of the cost, that is less than sub par? I got my order home and started to eat. Was I given leftovers? Everything was cold and soggy. I even left a tip. The complacency at these places is out of control. Next time they will hear about it. Can’t expect good service anywhere anymore. Why is that?
The Ellerslie Edmonton location is terrible. We recently bought 2 taco salads and half way through eating found long black hairs in each salad. I drove back to the store and showed the employees and they said they would have to speak to a manager and they could not offer me a refund I asked for the manager to call me and they never did. Awful customer service. Disgusting way of handling the situation will never be back.
This review is related to your Duncan BC location. Over a month with no customer washroom. Completely unacceptable. Please address this situation as it seems the owner doesn't care about it. As a former TT Area Mgr (1990s) its embarrassing seeing issues like this now.
