This place is only decent - don’t understand the hype. Their birria tacos are very small, with very little meat, flavorless, and served with lukewarm bland consommé and prepackaged salsa (when the salsas are what make the tacos!!!). And even worse, it’s very expensive! We paid $51 for 3 orders of birria tacos that left us hungry. Latino food should not be cheap but you can get *excellent* birria at the taco truck behind Burger King on Veirs Mill Rd (the one next to Unique Thrift) for much cheaper. As a Texan, these were worthy carne asada tacos filled to the brim with delicious steak that was well seasoned. The rojo salsa had some heat and a great charred taste. It even came with a grilled jalapeno, radish, lime, and cucumber to elevate it all. More than fair price at $3.50 each given how much steak costs these days.
Love the churros and the people are very nice. They dont speak English well so make sure they understand your order we had a few mistakes. We loved the birria pizza and consume! Very flavorful 10/10
