Big, stuffed breakfast taco for only $5! My 16 yr old son only needed 1 taco, he usually eats 2-3 tacos at our usual place. It was a little warmer day, went close to lunch time & the misting fans were on & kept it tolerable to sit at the picnic tables & eat at the food truck court.
These are the best breakfast tacos in Bastrop, huge and very well portioned. The barbacoa, which is usually difficult to get right, tastes completely authentic and is absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended. Even if you are vegan, they have great potato and bean tacos for you. My only critique is their punctuality; on the Saturday morning we visited, we had to wait 15 minutes past their posted 9:00 AM opening time. Other than that, it was well worth the wait.
We were visiting Bastrop for a few hours before our flight out of Austin and stumbled upon this food truck…definitely the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had! They were full of flavor and much larger than we expected. I wish we lived closer!
Very big, well made tacos! We were impressed both times we have been here. Will be back for more.
