The food is very good, however the past two times I ordered from this place, my order was wrong. During the pick up order, they forgot an entire food item. During the delivery order, they forgot the sauces and my bowl was missing an ingredient so my bowl was only 2/3 full. I hate to give a low review because the food is good, but I don't trust this place.

Food is good, but there's weird food rules that are not advertised. when I first came here I wasn't told any of the food rules. The second time I was told that there's an upcharge if you add another sauce or an extra topping. Fair. But recently I went to get a salad and was not told that beans would be a whole $3 upcharge. I had to ask why my salad added up to $12 when I followed the rules stated on the menu. Which is ridiculous because beans are included in almost every option. Wow $17.99 for a nacho bowl. Mind you the advertised price is $8.99. I was prepared for a 3 buck charge for our fountain drink but I was told I was charged $17.99 because I got beans and cheese. No where does it state you have to pay extra when ordering nachos with beans and cheese. As a matterof fact the cheese is listed as one of the items to choose from without an upcharge unlike guacamole which clearly states there is an upcharge.
