What an awesome product. I was seriously debating on selling my '18 Tacoma TRD OffRoad due to being gutless and lacking power and acceleration. Wow what a difference the tune made. I LOVE the shift point changes and the HP gain. It now runs as a different truck and as it should. Its like a totally different truck. Chris was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, honest and responsive. Great guy to work with. Highly recommend!!!!!
I don’t think any review will ever do Chris @tidewater customs justice, not even mine. This guy is the epitome of excellence! Words can’t even describe how happy I am with my Tacoma now. No more pedal lag , indecisive transmission, and crawling starts from a stop. If you have ever even remotely considered a tune for your Toyota call Chris. You will make a friend for life and be amazed at his capabilities.
I had my tacoma tuned via remote. Chris sent me all the programs via email that I needed for the tuning process and recieved the cable via USPS. We set up a time that worked for both of us and the tuning took about 20 minutes. He explained everything and explained the 3 different tunes that would work for my truck and what others choose for there trucks. It was easy and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
