Extremely dissatisfied. Firstly I signed up for the express service and they told me it would take only one hour hence I decided to wait at the service centre. However, it took almost 3 hours. Also, the last half an hour they made me wait telling me the track had gone for a wash. But when it came back it was actually dirtier. So I don't think they washed it all.
'Arrive to alpha fleet to buy a set of tires for the front and back- Have them remove the old ones and put on the new ones..Daren the representative shows me three different choices.. they get my info- - I wait forty minutes..see a rep out side looking around..he is looking for a truck to put tires on..there was only my truck in the lot which was not what was on the paper work...so I had to go in and start all over picking out tires..again after 40 minutes.. my son picked me up as my truck was being pulled into the stall..wa... read more
