I called the store to ask if they had any idea what some garbage pail kids might be worth. I very politely asked "I have a bunch of the extra big sized garbage pail kids. Do you know what the might be worth? " . No! He answered. He sounding very annoyed. I thought maybe I'm just being sensitive. So I again asked "well do you know anywhere that I could take em?". No! I have been in here several times with my kids to buy rock tumbling supplies and to look at trains. I had decided to buy an O gauge set and asked why they stocked so many of one brand. Better quality, etc? "we like them" was the most in depth answer I could get. No eye contact, looked angry, and apparently doesn't need the considerable cash I was going to spend locally. I can get poor service online without the attitude. Being new to the hobby I could have used some help.
