So yes indeed..... I was threatened to be sent to collections over $6.45 by this establishment. When I got the notice, I immediately sent a check for said amount. Check was cashed. And now I find I was in fact sent to collections for $6.45. I'm sorry they can't keep track of their own billing. Also I see they will not let me post this without giving them a rating. I gave them five stars because I did not have any problem with these people for my test. My problem is apparently with their accounting department LOL

They will send random charges to collections even if bill is paid in full
Tacoma Radiological Assoc. sent my wife to collections over $15.63. We paid our $200+ bill in full as soon as we received the bill. We never received a call or any mail about the $15.63 only a debt collections notice.
