Laura is a consumate professional who has helped me immensely with her thoughtful care. She is easy to discuss issues with and extremely knowledgeable with the solutions, both behaviorly and with prescriptions. I highly recommend her services.
Rude secretary, the drama queen manipulates situations while IN SESSION. Google "client abandonment" - unethical and illegal office practices. *update. This can't be new or news. But if the secretary purposefully keeps communications from clients AWAY from the practitioner like a weird power play, communication is not an option. Laura, I went through this. Laura is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. I don't know what’s up with the other person who left the previous review but like you can use the client portal and make your appointments without having to talk to anyone….sooooo….also you can have telehealth visits….To report a medical professional over the actions of her employee is like way too much of a reaction. Like that was cringy to read.
