September 10th 2021: Rude, uncaring, unhelpful front desk, inflexible. I was caught in traffic and called a couple of times to let them know, when I showed up, The lady at the front desk didn’t even look to see if they could still fit me in. Told I would have to reschedule——thus, after fighting through traffic and calling them, etc.. Office employees reflect the office attitude…, I will reschedule, but not with them.
