The homeless issue is getting out of control in district 2, We have been reaching out to 311 for months for help, recently we were told that NCS told the homeless to gather here. So this made an on going issue even worse! We have reached out to the mayor and District 2 council representative Sarah. We are a small business and have been getting no support from local representatives! No one seems to care. I never thought I'd be reviewing a place, but the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I was in disbelief when she started talking to me like I was bothering her when I simply asked why my citation number was not working on the website. She then proceeded to give me a different link to the same website, and it still wasn't working.
