It is very unfriendly to small businesses. The approval time is too slow and the work efficiency is too low, which cannot bring more jobs and GDP to the local area!
I never thought I'd be reviewing a place, but the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I was in disbelief when she started talking to me like I was bothering her when I simply asked why my citation number was not working on the website. She then proceeded to give me a different link to the same website, and it still wasn't working.

I recently hit a at least 6in deep pothole that had been there for months. I filed a claim to have it repaired by the city, I took pictures and everything and they denied it and said because they didn’t have prior notice about the pothole, but how deep it was it’s clear they should have had prior notice, anyway I firmly believe the city uses this law as a loophole to not be held responsible, I have lost all faith in city council members and city workers seeing the pot hole was at a 7/11 right by the city water works, Tacoma ... read more
