The care is good. However, the logistics behind appointment settings, co-payments, and insurance authorization is probably the worst I have ever experienced in an outside care facility. Had to switch my care to a new location under RET; Care and logistics are both now excellent 👌.
The staff here are very thorough and knowledgeable! Ben is the best in the business!
I had PT for 2 months with ben and The assistant Meghan and they were both helpful with my ACL recovery. However I give a low rating because the billing lady for RET PT—Gianna was zero, 0 help.
I went to 3 different physical therapy places before i come across this one i have had the best experiences here, the team is alsome an very professional, they always work around my schedule an always fit me in regardless, work wit them before my surgery then all trough after surgery until my released i can speak highly enough of them. Will definitely go back best place to go to. Very respectful
Had a great time working with Ben Kevan. Very effective treatment for a nagging injury. Great atmosphere. I looked forward to upcoming appointments. 10/10 reccomend
