The food was delicious and the service is pretty fast. I like the vibe of sitting area like very aesthetic ambiance……….cozy vibes.
When it first opened there was magic in their street food. Then something happened. They're still struggling a little and staff seemed to be nice but a little clueless sometimes. Atmosphere is just okay. But it isn't meant to be 5 star anyway.
Ok I don’t usually leave reviews right away. I always give small businesses an opportunity to make it right. I am a regular here and I have ordered their grilled chicken tacos multiple times and they were decent. However I had negative experience during my last two visits ordering their burritos. Both times the burritos were burnt with a taste of char. Last week I ordered a grilled chicken burrito. They gave me a burrito that tasted burnt and it had crispy fried chicken inside. Tacofino is expensive, BUT, this is a great location. These tacos are generous portions, served SUPER fresh every time. The yam tempura taco comes out super hot which I love. The staff are nice and accommodating with allergies/preferences. It's a cute location with a nice vibe. I've probably been 20 times since it opened and it's only gotten better with time. I would love to see some sort of loyalty program to help incentivize visiting more often!
I ordered a burrito here, and honestly, it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The tortilla tasted stale, the filling was bland and mushy, and it somehow managed to be both greasy and dry at the same time. Every bite was a struggle — I couldn’t even finish it. If this is what they consider a burrito, they need to go back to the basics, because it was flat-out inedible. Absolute waste of money and appetite. Save yourself the disappointment and eat literally anywhere else. So overpriced as well
