Tasty tacos specially the tuna taco and grilled chicken taco, fresh and good quality products. Another point for them is the wait time, you get your order fast.
I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant. The dining area was dirty and poorly maintained, which immediately created a bad impression. Unfortunately, the service experience was even worse. The staff seemed to ignore customers while several servers stood together chatting instead of paying attention to the tables. Long wait for a takeout order, staff kept said mine was up next and saw ~5 go out. Over 20 min in total. Also vegan chickun burrito is not great - no flavor, go with the crispy tofu for a vegan option!
Ordered off uber - was picked up in time and took 9 mins to arrive from Tacofino. The burrito was cold, and the chicken was really tough to chew. Ordered Tots and was cold as well. This is not adding up. I’ve resorted to frying the burrito now - but should throw it out since the chicken is too tough. Ordered here before and had no issues. This will be the last time I order from Tacofino.
Tried Tacofino for the first time tonight for take-out & we both really liked our burritos, a chicken & a tofu. My husband & I were stuck at home with a virus all week; I masked up & ordered takeout on site, which was very quick and courteous.
