2026 June update: Things have really gone downhill since I first visited 9 years ago. You really get the sense that they stopped trying. Whether it’s the oily fish, the slopped nachos or the $4+ Buble soda water, the overall experience was like a Brooklyn coffee shop. I know it’s east Van but dingey, overpriced, unkempt (and dare I say - entitled) just doesn’t do it. At least put the meagre portion of tater tots in a right-sized bowl so it doesn’t feel like the kitchen helped themselves to a few as the dish made its way out.... read more
Oh man, have they gone downhill. I used to eat here all the time when I lived in Hastings Sunrise. Went tonight after a long break. Surprised that it was dead at 8 pm on a Friday night. Ordered a burrito which was served freezing cold, wrapped in paper on a tiny plate. Waitress was playing on her phone in the corner and visibly annoyed when called over. Eating in restaurants is just way too expensive now to justify mediocre food and bad service. Will not be back.
