Not all purchases end well. I ordered a hylift jack mount, it took 75 days to arrive. Then the mounting bolts didn't fit, I tried to return it within 3 days. They suggested I sell it on Facebook. I agreed to a restocking fee but they are ignoring 2 different email requests for 10+ days.
Have been trying to contact via email, calling, Facebook and even text with no response. I even waited 10 days before a follow-up email.
Adam and John took great care of me when I doubted they would. I was even starting to think I was being scammed! It took some time and many emails but I finally got a full refund on a large purchase! My order was 2 mos passed the expected lead time and I was patiently awaiting for a bumper to be built. I requested a refund. Several more weeks had passed and even thought I had been ghosted due to lack of communication. They finally came thru so I will give a great rating for customer service even though I never got my bumper.... read more
Amazing customer service fast shipping respond. Time is amazing. They have a lot of products. I absolutely love my tail lights by them. They look amazing. I love the sequential and the start up that they do
Horrible customer service. Sent multiple emails about a return with no response. Would definitely not recommend. Stick with other Tacoma aftermarket vendors.
