I’ve had a lot of things done to my 2023 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER XSE at TACO VINYL. When it was brand new, I had a bunch of aftermarket parts installed & blacked out the entire rig. As well, TACO VINYL replaced my bumper when i was the victim of a hit & run at Walmart, having only 43 miles on it at the time. I placed an order about one month ago and still have not received the order. First I emailed them and they replied they would check on it and get back to me and they did not. Next, I called them and was told it was shipping that week and it did not. I called again and was told they had shipped it and would provide a shipping number. It has been almost a week since that last call, and I still have not been provided a shipping number, nor have I received the order.
I would rate ZERO stars if I could. I purchased the 2024 Tacoma TV Pro Grille (when it was originally listed as the OEM Pro Grille), expecting it to be fully compatible with my truck’s OEM front camera. However, the camera does not fit properly, making it completely unusable without having to purchase a new camera and bracket from Toyota. Brandon is a true professional - If you’re wanting upgrades or mods to your vehicle he’s your guy. He is very knowledgeable in the Toyota arena and has helped me with a OTT tune - Seems like there really was a granny under my hood and he has helped me increase the power in my 4Runner :-)
