I go through the drive through and they always seem to mess up my order. I went for quesadillas and I had to pull up and wait a while for them to make and bring them to me. My husband got out of the car to see what was going on because it took too long.
Not good and won’t be back. Cashier was very rude (not sure why she was) and I felt rushed. I come here for a laidback atmosphere and it wasn’t that at all. Employees all around me pulling out tables and on chairs while I’m trying to enjoy dinner with my family.
Excellent customer service from Aaron Ash. I know he’s new to the taco villa family but he’s catching on fast! He was professional and personable. Doesn’t try to “push it” you out of the store. Thanks!
