Customer service is horrible. Ordered delivery, didn’t receive 2 of the items, and then they refused a refund. I even tipped 10 bucks which I now regret. Won’t be returning back.

My Girlfriend and her friend went to eat here little after 7 p.m and while they was eating the employees told them we close at 8 p.m basically throwing them out and letting the 2 ladies eat outside, I was away on vacation I finally call the store 2 days later and was basically told the same and to call back at 1 p.m to speak to the manager Jovani so I do so then I call back at 125 p.m was told he's not there and the lady hung up on me called back 3 times and send me to voice-mail this is so unprofessional and not to mention ... read more

Ordered for delivery on their website, not on door dash or uber eats etc, at 5:12pm. I was charged $5 for delivery and even tipped. I called at 6pm no food. Called at 6:30pm still no food. They said a driver picked it up and said it was delivered and it wasn't their problem. I still have no food, and it was their own driver not a 3rd party service. It is now 6:56pm as I write this review and never got my food.

Chimichanga was great, but they don’t answer their phones so you have to order online and pay with a card. I’m a cash person so I rated them a 4 but really it’s a 3.5 because of that
