We went to Taco Ssam for a family celebration today 6/17. When we got there, I told them we were a party of 10 and that if there wasn’t enough room inside, we didn’t mind sitting outside. The lady said outside was fine, which we were okay with. She brought our waters and asked if we wanted to wait for the other 4 people to arrive before placing our order, and we said yes. Korean over here. Got the galbi and bulgogi and pork belly tacos. They are big tacos with lots of meet which I appreciate. The red peppers and their green and red sauces got heat to them! Sat outside in between the restaurant and the actualy patio. Reminds me of Miami vibes with this humidity. Service was quick. Taste is good. I do think they could pickle the red or purple cabbage on the tacos and put the same red cream sauce from the bulogi tacos and it would be fire. If I lived closer-I would frequent here.
Lovely decorated restaurant with a very well stocked bar. Not a big place though. Service was fine. Food tasted good but was lukewarm and appeared to have not been freshly cooked. The yuca was almost warm.
