The Taco Spot is amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what really keeps me coming back is the management. They are beyond helpful, attentive, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so welcomed and taken care of every time you visit. Great food, great service, and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at The Taco Spot! I have a gluten allergy, and Ashley S. was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to making sure my meal was safe for me to eat. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and made me feel completely comfortable dining there. It’s not always easy finding restaurants that take food allergies seriously, but the staff here went above and beyond. The food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be back!
I am only giving one stars because there is no option to give zero stars. I have never written a negative restaurant review before, but my experience at The Taco Spot was so shockingly bad that I feel compelled to warn others. We arrived with a party of nine people and specifically asked about pre-ordering our food to help the restaurant prepare and make service easier. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Simple interactions were met with attitude, and it seemed like employees had no interest in treating customers with even basic courtesy. We had a very disappointing experience at The Taco Spot today. A large group of us planned to have lunch there. Several people had already placed online orders ahead of time, while others tried to call in orders. We were told that we could not place orders ahead for dine-in service.
