I purchased an item through a retailer on Amazon. The item was initially wrong when we received it, it took about 3 weeks to get the item returned and a new one received. The new item was missing parts from packaging. After another 2 weeks and useless help from the retailer I went to Taco directly. There warranty department was amazingly helpful, kind and addressed the matter without delay. Just another reason to go to the source!

This company is great in so many ways. Quality of product is their priority along with great customer service. My experience with Taco was excellent! Mark Henderson went out of his way to call me, email me and follow up with me the next day to make sure that I was confident about what I wanted to buy and how it would perform for me.
