I’ve been a great customer of Taco Mac and have had many enjoyable lunch meetings at this location.. I typically order one of three items, including the chicken wrap but I always substitute chicken for shrimp, as I can’t eat chicken and haven’t in over two years. I’ve never had an issue with this request until this past Friday around noon. The young woman who identified herself as both the manager and kitchen manager was surprisingly dismissive and unprofessional. The nicest servers. Food is good. Management present and responsive, although I've only ever complemented them. One of your go to places
This was my family and I first time eating and Taco Mac and from the time we were welcomed in to the time we walked out the door the experience was amazing!!! Our waitress, Emma, has a heart and the skill for what she does. She answered all of our questions, was very patient, and an excellent people person! I would like for her to be my waitress every time I come! The manager greeted us and made sure our needs were met! I give the entire experience a 10/10 and I will be coming again!!!
