I love taco John’s, they’ve been a hometown icon for a while. That being said ever since they’ve implemented the new drive thru ai I have had to either correct it multiple times to get my order right, or my food has come out wrong. Don’t go to taco John’s, you won’t get your order.
I was driving by the local Taco John's today (March 2nd) and saw the sign that said Mexi rolls are back. They are NOT back. I used to love Mexi rolls so I ordered the 6 piece with guacamole. I was excited about enjoying them when I got home. There is nothing similar to the old Mexi rolls in the ones they are selling now. The new ones are horrible. I choked down 2 of them, but I can't eat the rest of them. I would like a refund. Mexi rolls are back is a lie. False advertising.
Over-all. Taco johns is not a bad Franchise But it has an impending doom if it does not get its head in the game. They missed the mark when they did not keep the North York Nebraska location open. They need to re-think keeping a Franchise open in The North York Nebraska industrial park, where everyone would eat. So why is Taco John's struggling? Well they miss the mark on several things.
