It is 7/20/25, 1216 pm cst. I just bought a meal from their location at the Loves truck stop in Jacksonville, IL. This was the most DISGUSTING and BLAND food I had ever eaten in my whole entire Life!!! The ONLY thing that was good and had flavor were the potato olés. I could probably eat those all day. I ordered two beef Taco Bravos, 1 stuffed beef grilled taco and a small olé. Gives out a reward to use but it doesn’t even work, and no one helps you in time. Shameful practices, no wonder Taco Bell is much better than this company.
This is the second time in the past 30 days that I’ve been to the taco John’s on Kings Highway in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. They are extremely rude in the drive-through one was a lady today was a guy very abrupt and trying to take my order. They don’t ask if you want anything else they basically shove the bag through the window at you. I did not complete my order today because of the rudeness in the drive-through. Terrible food! Always taste old. $6 for 2 tacos and a small ole? I hope you go out of business!
I refuse to support companies that deceive their customers AND support horrific animal cruelty. I was happy when Taco John's decided to purchase cage-free eggs. Ugh, but now I have discovered that Taco John's may have been lying to its customers? That's not okay! I'm not fond of companies that don't have integrity.
