Very disappointing experience at Taco John’s in Spirit Lake, Iowa. We understand this is fast food and have reasonable expectations, but the chicken was hard and overcooked, and the rice was equally hard and poorly prepared. Taking a bite of food in that condition was simply unacceptable. The customer service and cleanliness were also disappointing. Fast food doesn’t have to mean poorly prepared food. Do not recommend.
Gentlemen working drive thru did a great job!!
