As a Texan, this does not qualify as "Mexican food"! One step below the Taco Bell, what I had was barely edible. We were invited to join a group of friends [they drove us] or I would have declined. You might stomach the yellow "nacho cheese whip" on a burrito if you've never had authentic Hispanic cooking with REAL grated white cheese....and I have never seen "Potato Puffs" while living in Mexico-- chips and salsa would be appropriate side dish!!
