I don't like to leave negative reviews but I've given up on this taco johns location. It's always a hit or miss. The potato oles always taste like old oil which tells me they don't change it out enough. Today I got 2 junior breakfast burritos. It cost me 8.50. I went to the location in Sturgis a month ago and it was around 6. I get it, everywhere is getting more expensive. Staff was incredibly rude. Said their grill wasn't working. That's understandable, these things happen. What's not understandable is being rude about it. My brother asked what was available due to the grill not working and the woman just mumbled something under her breath, was short with him, and walked off. We just left. We're also not locals and just passing through. Not a good look for this franchise that we were trying for the first time.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. I visited this restaurant recently and was incredibly disappointed—not with the food, but with the way the staff treated each other. While dining, I witnessed what appeared to be senior employees (possibly managers) yelling at and belittling younger staff members right in front of customers.
