Horrible service.... My order was wrong and these kids have no work ethics. So i needed my difference for the order that was screwed up. Not only did i have to get a full refund i had to run my card again to get my refund/order correct.
First issue I asked for salsa they charged 1.50 for a small cup of salsa..... other stores are 50 cents for that..... ok moving on... ordered spicy burrito and a meat and potatoes burrito the spicy burrito is a giant mess entire thing covered in sauce making a mess trying to eat while driving. Meat and potatoes is perfect.... I've never had the spicy burrito make a giant mess like this.... the paper is soaked through when I even got it.... like it's been sitting for a while...
Have had multiple orders that were incorrect recently. Daytime crew usually. Latest mishap was a chicken boss burrito with no chicken. A little quality control would go a long way.
Food had a bad taste so we called to let them know n they remade our order! If it wouldn't have costed $30+ I wouldn't have complained
Both the burrito and potato oles were so salty that I threw half away because they were inedible! I’m done, that’s twice in a row with the same results.
