This place used to be a wreck and I would go out of my way to avoid it. Today I came through just to order a drink while out running errands. I can’t speak on the quality of food, but Nathan G was so polite and had excellent customer service from the moment he took my order to the time he handed me my drink. This place used to have workers who were very rude, so I’m glad to say I had a decent experience here today because of Nathan!
While I applaud the inclusive approach of employing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, I believe it is ultimately management’s responsibility to provide the appropriate assistance, training, staffing, and guidance necessary for those employees to succeed.
