Great service! Love their lobby!
The food was good, don't get me wrong. It was the fact that I ordered 3 of the 6-pack Mexi rolls we only got 16 of them. I went back in to confront the issue and asked if I could have my 2 missing ones. The cashier said he put 6 in one bag, 7 in the other, and 3 in the last one. I told him that was only 16. He said he'd have to ring me up for 2 more. I then said 6x3=18, right? And he then agreed with me and got me my 2 missing ones. Plus the drive thru order taker was AI
This was the worst fast food experience i have ever had without a doubt. The cashier was surprised to see a group of 6 guys come in. He took several minutes to find potatoe olays on his screen. The employees were incompetent! The food took ages to come out. They only gave a quarter of our groups order. The food was cold. The place was dirty. If you were considering this specific taco johns, please choose something different. Feel very bad for anyone that has gave their hard earned money to this store.
This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had and trust me I am a frequent fast food enjoyer. We ordered our food and a quarter of it came out in 30 minutes! It stank and it was gross inside, horribly understaffed
