Didn’t get what I order this is now the 4th time I’ve ordered from here and they messed it up
I ordered a steak Boss Bowl for lunch. The young man taking my order didn’t ask if I wanted the extras that are optional just took my order and money. The rice in the bowl was hard crunchy clumps like it had sat out all night and there was a sauce in the bowl that tastes bitter and question if it is safe to eat. I’ve had boss bowls before and never had this sauce in them. I quit eating the rest of it because I don’t need to get sick at work from bad food. Now I won’t have lunch today. This is the best taco John’s location I have ever been to. Everything is tremendous from the service to the food. Israel just took amazing care of me and my daughter, thanks again Israel! Keep doing your thing brotha!
