Absolutely love the food! But almost $5.50 for 1 medium Ole and 1 cheese?? Ouch!!
Bean burritos are nasty. Everything else is good. Store is really clean.
The service is always good and fast but they have a new automated talking drive thru, they need to go back to a person.
The automated order taking needs work. I ordered a beef taco and potatoes oles with cheese. I drive back to work and found that the cheese was not in the bag. I drove back to taco johns, went inside and was told that since I didn't get charged for the cheese, I would have to pay for it. Seriously?! Your machine got my order wrong, I had to return to the resturaunt, and instead of an apology for the mistake and the inconvenience of a second trip, your employee wanted me to pay more.
