The food was great. When I went in it was absolute chaos. There was a male employee working, seemed to be a skinny guy about 5’7 with glasses. H looked like he was yelling at and pushing his coworkers and was very rude, not sure who manages this place or who allows this behavior but very disappointing behavior to see from a grown man. Other employees seemed tired but seemed to be doing well. Will not be coming back or bringing my family back.
I am from Belle Fouce. Since the Taco John’s in my area closed I decided to try the Taco John’s in Spearfish. I came in Monday evening with my husband, there was seemingly one employee handling the front area, a shorter woman with black hair wearing heavy makeup. She took our order and made our food and it seemed she was also trying to take other orders. I have been going to this Taco John’s off and on since 1988. I was once a manager here when I was 18 years old, and I have always had a good experience at this location until today. When trying to place my order, the microphone on the receiver was a little mushy, so we were having issues trying to decipher my order. At one point, I told the order taker that I wanted “cow meat”, because he thought I was still trying to order beans…and then he got frustrated and started talking down to me. Ordered a 6 pack and a pound a half an hour before they closed. Took like 5 minutes for my food... The made me FRESH ole's without asking and they proceed to apologize for waiting so long... You guys are doing a great job there keep up the great work, and Thank you!!
