Employee at the window was extremely rude, screaming at me and treating me like an idiot because I asked him where slot #1 was. Kept giving me passive aggressive remarks treating me like it was my fault he was having a bad day. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, and I placed an online order 45 minutes before close, but I’ve never had a worse experience with a fast food employee in my life. It appears they have replaced the former staff with people that know how to make their product food was pretty good last time I went in we'll probably try them again soon.
We will not be returning. We use to frequent Taco John's but the last 2 times we have gone it takes forever, food is cold and they never get your order right. We definitely will not be returning. We ordered 2-6 packs and a pounds and 4 cheese dips. The Cheese dips weren't put in our bag.
Every time I have been here, the staff have always been so nice. They are so personable! And you can't go wrong with potato ole's!
