Tacos were ice cold , I went inside and they gave me two new cold tacos. Oveously thier meat is not up to temp
Customer service needs help. Advertised six pack & a lb with drinks on board. Charged the same for a six pack without drinks and had to pay extra for drinks after the initial transaction. Then the worker tells me for future reference I need to specify that I want drinks!?! Change your advertising on the menu and your attitude!
Terrible experience at the Drive Thru this morning. AI took our order (no real person). When we pulled up to the window, the employee told us abruptly and in a very unclear way to pull forward somewhere. We waited for 10 minutes, pulled back to the window window, where we were ignored for several minutes until we were finally handed our food. The Mexican donut bites were good, but we were only given 4 or 5 in the container- hardly any.
