We ordered through door dash, our chicken spicy potato griller had a strange charcoal potato mush in there. Almost gagged. They also forgot our chips. Everything tasted weird and disappointing… a waste of money.
Was fast this time normally its rather slow.
I don't leave a lot of reviews, and I've never left one for fast food...that being said Ryan who was working around 7pm on Sunday the 20th of September 2026 needs a raise. Possibly everyone on staff that evening, but I only had a brief interaction with just him. In the 30 seconds I knew him, he showed a level of work ethic that was leaps and bounds past what could normally be expected out of anyone, let alone a fast food drive through window operator. Need to hire more employees. Self checkout at the counter? No verbal communication that your order was ever received. It's fast food, but it used to be much better
Love the DL Taco John's. Ordered my food and the crew was short but you wouldn't even notice. Everyone smiling and Ryan is the best Easiest way to avoid cooking dinner for the family- just order. The Boss Bowl is perfect.
