If you get some people and not AI on the drive threw real people might eat there. I just pulled up and shocker you don't have a person you have some AI crap . When there are real people y'all only get the order right half the time. With the computer crap I know you will screw it up. Please hire, staff or at least try to pretend you want human business. I ll be across the street with people will you do. It's not hard to have a person take my order
Very clean and friendly but when I went to drink my drink it tasted like mop water through it out got a second one tasted the same way other then that food was great so was customer service
I don't like the fact that when you go to the drive thru and you get a robot not a real person yes it works well but it takes another working man or woman's job.
Staff, service, and the food has always been top notch at this location in my experience. It is a way better choice than the LOCAL Taco Bell across the street!
I constantly have problems with orders missing items but have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy. Today I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived was told my food had already been picked up by a doordash driver. Odd since I used the Taco John's app not doordash. Then after the manager on duty called someone was told that they wouldn't remake the food and i'd have to call support for the app. I tried to call support but the only thing you can do is leave a voicemail.
