I ordered on the app and I recommend you don’t do that. You have to schedule ahead but that’s not when it will be ready, that’s the time they start making it. Also if you don’t select a time for your order, you have to check in at the time you arrive, and then they start to make your order. I showed them that I paid for it online and they refused to give me my food until the time I had set for it (8:30) I showed up 2 min before that.
Just went thru the drive-thru and grabbed a combo burrito before work. It was awesome! Better than the last couple I got from Waterloo store. Thanks guys!
